Sugarcane-decaffeinated coffee from Villamaria, Huila, Colombia. Produced by the El Carmen Reds Association and processed at La Aurora buying station and Jamaica drying station (1300 MASL). Decaffeinated at Descafecol using ethyl acetate derived from fermented sugarcane and water from Nevado del Ruiz. Smooth, full-bodied, and indistinguishable from caffeinated in blind tasting.
