We’re hyped! This month, we’ll be dancing to the tunes of this tropical Ethiopia. For most coffees I order, when I receive samples straight from the country of origin, I’m waiting on the edge of my seat. Here, I was so excited I thought I’d fall off that chair . Ethicoffee has been supplying us with coffee for a while now. Ben, the owner of this company, is a great guy who was born in Ethiopia; we have a fantastic relationship, and he pre-selects our samples. From that, we choose a pool that we then share with you throughout the year. This lot is an extended natural experience, full of tropical notes, but also flavors so typical of Ethiopia, like peach, honey, and lemon. All of these things are further enhanced by this processing. I am really hyped for this coffee, and I’m very curious to see how you’ll you like it.
