SL28 from Betania Farm (Linarco Rodriguez) grown at 1,750m under native shade trees in Palestina, Huila. Yellow honey processed with controlled mucilage retention during drying, building structured sweetness and a clean cup. Notes of pomegranate and red fruit acidity with panela, honey, and a rounded medium body.
