About this lot

Washed lot from Getachew Zeleke, Shakisso, Guji, Ethiopia, grown at 2000-2200 masl (varieties JARC 74110 and 74112). Getachew's operation, Dimtu Coffee Industry, includes Tero Farm, a washing station and dry mill. Cherries are handpicked at peak ripeness, float-sorted and depulped, then fermented underwater for 36 hours before drying on raised beds for 10-14 days.
