Origin This is our very first coffee to come from Peru, sourced with our importing partner Cofinet. We have worked with Cofinet for several years, focusing on the company’s native Colombia, and have always been drawn to their focus on quality and traceability. As Cofinet has begun to apply this approach outside of Colombia, we have been interested to see what they bring to Europe, and have not been disappointed. This particular coffee has been sourced directly from the renowned Wilder Garcia. Wilder Garcia is a third generation coffee producer from Jaén, in the Cajamarca region of Peru, whose 23 acre farm is situated at an altitude of 1700m to 1950m. In a region already flourishing with high quality coffee production, this particular farm is afforded a unique microclimate, which in turn allows each varietal its own subplot, and Wilder Garcia the chance to focus on the growing of each ind
