Reinel Borbon has spent years refining his yeast inoculation process at Finca El Espejo in Santa María, Huila. The yeast inoculation enhances specific fruity flavors during fermentation and reduces unwanted off-notes. The result is a super sweet coffee with beautiful notes of strawberry, red wine, and date. Varieties of Caturra and Colombia grown at 1,850 masl.
