Huitaca (Colombia) Origin Huitaca is a regional blend sourced with our importing partner Sucafina Specialty. Thanks to the unique climatic conditions of Colombia, the same flavour profile can be sourced in different regions throughout the year. This specific lot was sourced from Asobombo, an association of producer clusters active in challenging rural areas of Colombia’s southern coffee regions. Over the past few years the Huitaca has often featured in both our offering and as a component of our house blend, Le Mixtape, thanks to its consistency and its clean flavour profile. Project This coffee is part of the Sucafina Originals program, whereby a portion of the purchase of every single bag is committed to a specific Farmgate Initiative project. Our purchase of this coffee contributes to Coffee for Clean Water, a project implemented by the Colombian non-profit organisation Local Partners
