Here, coffee is traditionally cultivated on small garden plots adjacent to family homes. The region boasts a staggering elevation of up to 2,300 meters above sea level. Combined with abundant annual rainfall and fertile, well-draining red clay soil, this terroir creates the ultimate environment for the slow, complex development of the renowned 74114 coffee varietal. During the harves
