About this lot

Un bourbon lavé équilibré et gourmand, produit à la Finca Rosma, à San Pedro Necta, dans le Huehuetenango. Cette ferme familiale, fondée en 1963 par Alejandro Morales est aujourd’hui cultivée par la famille Morales, reconnue pour son travail autour du café. En tasse, ce bourbon offre un profil doux et sucré, construit autour de notes de chocolat au lait, de poire et de prune. Une tasse ronde et soyeuse. Un café raffiné, qui jongle entre douceur et fraîcheur à la perfection.
