I could write that it’s a hit over hits , but what’s the point? This one you just have to try! I saved this coffee in storage for a specific purpose: a birthday OR a competition. So there we have it – a professionally delicious coffee for HAYB’s seventh birthday! Laurina is a botanical variety that has far less caffeine than other varieties we know, making the bitterness in this bean naturally lower. The processing is classic natural, but the soil at Rodrigo Sanchez’s farm is rich in nutrients on which our beautiful, large and sweet cherry grew. It has everything. Elegant smooth mouth feel, lots of flowers, honey, low bitterness. Amazing coffee. Cheers to this 7 effortless years!
