About this lot

Whole beans from the farm Elida Estate from Lamastus family Estate, in Panama. It is a geisha washed from the plot called Loma. A few hours after roasting, we noticed : When hot : it tastes floral and vegetal like flower petale. It is subtle and very clean. When warm : the cup is very strongly jasmine. It tastes like a Long Jin tea. Sweet and with a beautiful and structured acidity. When cold : obsessional on jasmine. Country : Panama Region : Volcan Baru National Park Farm : Elida Estate Lot : Loma Altitude : 1700-1800m Soil : volcanic Variety : Geisha Process : washed CRD (Cold Room Drying) Harvest date : 06/03/2026 Import : direct trade with Lasmastus Family Estate We got to visit three of Lamastus farms during our trip to Panama in February 2024 and January 2026. Elida Estate is a beautiful farm, it is not small but they are very rigorous about their lots, the processing, the drying.
