Lunamova Lot Hana. We have been working with Mas Amrul for more than four years, and this year, we wanted to create something a little more special together. This coffee is fermented inside a specially designed tank under negative pressure, creating a low-oxygen environment that allows the fermentation to develop in a more controlled way. Expect notes of ripe peach and strawberry, followed by a deep brown sugar-like sweetness.
