Community lot from 27 producers (Productores del Futuro) in Santa Maria and Palermo, Northern Huila, Colombia, at 1,700–2,300 masl. Varieties include Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, Chiroso, Pink Bourbon, San Bernardo, and Typica. Two-stage fermentation (24h then 36–72h post-pulping), washed and patio dried. Bright cherry and cocoa with deep toffee sweetness and juicy grape acidity.
