Sweet comeback! The Noruega farm is visiting us again – we are turning into a pastry shop for a moment! We have already hosted beans from this farm and they didn’t disappoint us. This time the samples from the next harvest have arrived and the high-class quality is maintained. What can we say? Such coffee you can drink every day. It’s full-bodied, sweet, and tasty like a brownie. It’s nice, elegant, and kind of classy but with a very interesting fruity twist. Finca Noruega is 43 hectares farm planted with different varieties, from Bourbon to Geisha. Located in the Ahuachapán mountain range in the west of El Salvador, the farm is part of the Los Naranjos group, led by Sigfredo Corado, professor emeritus of agronomy at the National School of Agriculture. We are excited about such coffees that come back to us because thanks to this we can develop a better bond with farmers or importers, and
