About this lot

Situated within the Bababudangiri range of India's Western Ghats, Ginimao Estate balances progressive coffee cultivation with ecological preservation under steward Steven Rebello. This lot features S-795, inoculated with baker's yeast for approximately 18 hours of controlled dry fermentation, then mechanically washed and dried ~15 days on raised beds/patios.
