Organic washed lot from COMSA cooperative, Marcala region, Honduras. SHG classification, 1,400-1,500 MASL. A blend of lots from individual smallholder farmers of the Lenca indigenous community. Fairtrade, Bio Latina, and DOP Marcala certified. Pleasant spice, floral acidity, and a full chocolatey body.
