Single-origin from El Chirimoyo farm (1.5 ha) in Maraybamba, Querocoto, Chota, Cajamarca. Producer Vicente Guevara Cotrina. Washed with 60-hour fermentation in cement tanks, dried on raised beds. Castillo and Caturra varieties at 2,248 masl.
