Introducing a beautiful washed Tabi from El Recreo! Diego and Fernando have been producing coffee for a long time, however most of that was solely commodity coffee. It was only in the last few years that they started producing specialty coffee on their farm in Santa Barbara. Their primary business was the production of fertilizer, however around five years ago they decided to invest in and plant a number of coffee varietals to expand their offering and produce high-quality, specialty grade lots. One of those was this delightful Tabi. Expect notes of starfruit, lime and kiwi with a juicy mouthfeel. Only available as filter.
