About this lot

Washed Ethiopian landraces from Jigesa woreda, Guji region. 1850-2100 masl. Rugged mountain terrain with intercropped shade species. 36-48 hour fermentation then dried under parabolic covers. Notes of apricot, white honey, blackberry and green grape.
