This lot comes from the Gatta farm of the Dukamo family, in the Sidama region of Ethiopia – grown at 1,900–2,000 meters above sea level in the shade of native trees over 200 years old. The Dukamo brothers started from scratch with a belief that coffee from Sidama deserved more attention. Fifteen years later they have 3 farms, 42 washing stations and 6 dry mills. This is what consistency tastes like.
