About this lot

The Gaturiri factory is a member of the Barichu Cooperative society, serving around 1100 smallholder producers nearby. Coffee grown here is predominantly SL28 and SL34. Cherries are handpicked, pulped, float sorted, and undergo two stages of fermentation (24h then 12-24h) before being washed and soaked.
