Natural-process filter coffee from Basha Bekele, 2024 Cup of Excellence winner, based in Bensa, Sidama, Ethiopia. Sourced from 126 outgrower farms at elevations up to 2300 masl. Cherries are selectively handpicked, floated, then dried whole on raised African beds for 2-5 weeks. Sold in 200g bags with 14-day resting period.
