About this lot
This coffee is farmed at El Miraflor in Nicaragua by Yesenia Salgago. The lot underwent a fermentation time of just over 18 hours before getting washed and dried. On the cupping table, we tasted a range of flavors such as macadamia, black tea, chocolate to name a few! Available now for filter and espresso with limited quantities!
