A classic 60% pulped natural Minas Gerais, Brazil + 40% washed Guji, Ethiopia espresso blend, roasted medium. The Brazil provides silky milk chocolate body; the Ethiopia adds vanilla, peach, and the fine-grind particles that make for easy espresso dialing. Rich, smooth, aromatic, and sweet. Works beautifully as straight espresso or with milk, and equally fine as a drip or French press.
