Neat and solid. This coffee has something about fresh laundry dried in the yard. It’s light, it’s fresh, and it gives you a signal from afar: yeaah, it’s clean here! There will be no long speeches here. It’s just a very good and classic Ethiopia. The processing is Anaerobic Natural. The cherries straight from the trees after harvesting went to closed containers for 48h, and then were dried like a traditional natural. Light flavors, white, pure tea polished with fruit. Just delicious!
