About this lot
From Finca El Paraíso (Diego Samuel Bermudez) in Piendamó-Tunia, Cauca at 1,960 masl. Gesha variety processed with anaerobic low-temperature fermentation followed by a double thermal wash — hot water at 48°C then cold shock at 4°C — to seal aromatic compounds. Despite the elaborate processing, the result is gentle, delicate, and elegant: ginger, white tea, lemon blossom, orange juice, and jasmine.
