FULL 4×4 No attached drive! Seriously, it’s all in this coffee here. It’s simply the best! After the cupping was set up, the 4/4 people taking part declared it the hit of the month. The four are still repeating themselves here at the farm – 4 days of fermenting the ripest cherries in a tank devoid of oxygen gave us a high sweetness and something that is slightly “boozy” in flavor. Buzzy. Are you waiting for fresh Ethiopias to arrive from port containers to European roasters’ warehouses? So are we!
