You like returning to familiar places on vacation , don’t you? That’s why we’re taking you back to the Kaku washing station once again! This is the second year we’ve been working with the importer Indochina, thanks to whom you can enjoy wonderful coffees from Asia. We are excited about new players in the coffee field, so after the well-received China Fuyan coffee, we are presenting another bean from that country. Kaku is a classic washed coffee. In the botanical variety’s pedigree, you can find connections to Robusta, but in the coffee itself, you will not trace any “dirtiness” characteristic of Robusta. It is juicy, crisp, and perhaps even… yes, we’ll say it – summery. I hope we’ll meet again next year, and if all goes well, maybe even on the farm, right next to the tea fields!
