About this lot

A bold, classic dark roast blend. Currently 100% Honduras Café Organico Marcala, S.A. (COMSA) from 1,300–1,700 masl, featuring a mixed variety lineup (Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Lempira, Ihcafe 90, Pacas, and Typica), washed process. Big bittersweet chocolate, cacao nibs, and spices. Excellent for espresso, moka pot, French press, and auto drip.
