HOÀNG HÔN comes from smallholder farmers of the K'Ho minority near Lộc Rừng, Vietnam, at 1,500–1,700m. Innovative carbonic maceration processing (120h fermentation) brings vibrant, complex aromas with wine-like depth. Notes of port wine, pineapple and gingerbread — rich and smooth with a warm-spicy finish.
