Community lot from 535+ smallholder farmers around the Kanzu washing station in Nyamasheke, Rwanda, at 1,800–2,100 masl. The station borders Nyungwe national forest, creating a misty microclimate that slows cherry maturation. Red Bourbon variety, fully washed. Crisper acidity and more subtle fruit than the natural lot; dried fruit sweetness, pops of orange, and soft milk chocolate finish.
