This is Roasters’ Choice! You can’t find a coffee like this anywhere else in the world – we looked for it on the other side of the world, personally, and we came to the right place! Since I started working in coffee, visiting farms such as Aquiares, Las Lajas, Corazon De Jesus or Hacienda Sonora has been a priority on my coffee bucket list. I managed to check off these points this year, and the grain from the Hacienda Sonora land is right in front of you. What awaits you in a cup of this coffee? In the shot, sweet, slightly buzzy, reminiscent of Cherry Coke, with milk like a nut-milk dessert with a slightly blueberry finish. This interesting mix is the result of the Kenyan variety that we have here – SL28 and the processing process – Natural.
