Organic filter coffee from ca. 50 smallholder cafetaleros in the village of Miguel Grau, Peru (Pachamama project), grown at around 1500m. Caturra and Catuai varieties, washed process, sun-dried. Mild roast with notes of almonds, hazelnut, caramel and cocoa. Suitable for filter, AeroPress, French press and super-automatic machines.
