Limited Release Rare series #003. El Zacatin Gesha, Special Process Natural, from producer Eduardo Fernandez-Restrepo in Antioquia, Colombia. 24h aerobic fermentation followed by 24h sealed anaerobic fermentation, then dried on raised beds for 30 days to 11% moisture.
