About this lot
This washed coffee is a vibrant addition to our Ethiopian lineup, alongside Natural Bombe and Decaffeinated Kebena. Grown in the Bombe mountains at elevations of up to 2,300 meters, Keramo is produced by around 1,500 smallholder farmers working in partnership with Daye Bensa. The cherries are carefully processed at the Keramo Adara Washing Station using traditional washed methods. In the cup, expect a clean and balanced profile, with notes of bright yellow apple, fresh lime, and a smooth finish of buttery almond. Available for espresso and filter.
