The Banko Gotiti cooperative was founded in 2012 in the village of Banko Gotiti, Gedeb district, Gedeo Zone (Yirgacheffe), Ethiopia, separately from the larger neighboring Worka cooperative. It has around 300 members who grow mixed heirloom varieties under forest shade and process cherries as naturals on raised beds.
