Owner of the Banko Gotiti washing station in Kochere, Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, working with approximately 650 smallholder farmers — most on less than one hectare, organic by default. Hand-sorted cherry, meticulous processing, and Alemu's community investment (infrastructure, road construction, tree planting) have made Banko Gotiti a highly regarded source in specialty coffee.
