Fifth-generation coffee farmer from Juayúa, El Salvador. Worked 20 years in the textile industry before dedicating himself fully to coffee in 2012. Manages Finca Las Brisas and two other family farms in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec range, focused on sustainability and traceability — notably using mycorrhizal fungi to improve nutrient/water uptake and contour farming, with digital lot tracing from farm to cup.
