Ivan and Rose dos Santos operate Sitio Seriema in São Paulo state, Brazil (Mogiana). Ivan, the younger brother of Gertrudes and Joao Hamilton dos Santos, partnered with FAF (Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza) starting in 2008 to shift the family operation toward sustainable, quality-driven farming, including water-treatment upgrades that fully clean process water before release. The farm produces Red Bourbon naturals, hand-picked and dried on raised African beds; The Barn Coffee Roasters has sourced from the family since 2014.
