Jefferson Castaño is a Colombian coffee producer from Acevedo, Huila who continues the Pink Bourbon legacy of his late father Gabriel, one of the pioneering growers of that variety in the region. He farms La Granada at approximately 1,700–1,850 masl with mineral-rich volcanic soil, using anaerobic washed processing to amplify the variety's characteristic stone-fruit sweetness and aromatic complexity. His lots have been carried by specialty roasters including Friedhats and Deeper Roots Coffee.
