Jhonatan Gasca and his brother are fourth-generation coffee growers whose family also keeps bees. Jhonatan, together with his wife Alejandra and their two sons, experiments with processing techniques and new varieties on Finca Zarza (Huila, Colombia); a Pacamara planted with new seedbeds began producing notable results by 2022.
