Multigenerational specialty coffee producer and exporter from Carmo de Minas, Minas Gerais, Brazil. Co-founder of CarmoCoffees with his cousin Jacques Pereira Carneiro, supporting over 2,000 small- and mid-size farms in the region. On his own estate, Santuario Sul, he cultivates over 30 exotic varieties including Geisha, Sudan Rume, Acaia, Starmaya, and Yellow Bourbon, using shade planting, selective picking, and innovative fermentation. The farm has earned Cup of Excellence recognition (9th place 2018, finalist 2019) and is regarded as a leading voice in Brazilian specialty coffee.
