Luz Divia Fierro

Luz Divia Fierro (known as Sandy) and her husband Elpidio farm Finca El Mesón in the Berlin vereda of Acevedo, Huila, Colombia, at an elevation of 1,650 masl. The couple moved to El Mesón in 2016, planting 20,000 Pink Bourbon trees on a former cattle farm, with 18 hectares now dedicated to that variety alongside areas of protected forest. El Mesón's Pink Bourbon washed lots have been featured by leading specialty roasters and are prized for their structured acidity and layered fruit character.
