Former agronomist and rose farmer turned coffee producer at Finca Meridiano in Nanegal, Pichincha, Ecuador, started in 2011. Mario's 25-hectare farm focuses on Typica Mejorado, celebrated for its clean, fruity, and delicate profile, and has earned international recognition through Cafe Imports. A frequent finalist in Taza de Excelencia Ecuador.
