Marysabel & Moises Bertrand

Marysabel Caballero and Moisés Herrera are third-generation Honduran coffee producers who manage a network of more than 50 farms under the El Puente brand near Marcala, covering over 300 hectares across four regions. Marysabel, the granddaughter of a pioneering coffee farmer, and Moisés began growing Geisha in 2006 using seeds sourced from Panama, and their Geisha lot won 1st place in Honduras in 2016. El Puente is widely exported to specialty roasters in Europe, the US, and Asia and is recognized for both washed and natural Geisha processing.
