An Irish father-and-son duo who fell in love with Colombia and founded Mikava in 2013 in Marsella, Risaralda. On their 14-acre farm they grow Bourbon, Typica, Ethiopian Heirloom, Dwarf Gesha, and Sudan Rume, processed using carbonic maceration. Mikava took first place in the 2019 Colombia Cup of Excellence with a score of 92.71.
