SNAP Coffee is an Ethiopian coffee company founded in Addis Ababa in 2008, operating three washing and processing stations including Chelbesa (Yirgacheffe), which sits above 2,000 masl and receives cherry from about 476 small producers farming under shade in semi-forest conditions. SNAP's work centers on consistent specialty processing, training partner farmers, and waste-recycling systems at its stations.
