Father-and-son team farming a three-hectare plot in San Agustín, Huila, Colombia at 1,730m. They specialise in Pink Bourbon (Rosado), hand-selecting ripe cherries every two weeks, then dry-fermenting and drying on raised beds for a profile of peach, red berries, and orange zest.
