Young Producers Project

Young Producers Project is a Colombian specialty coffee program operated by Unblended Coffee, connecting emerging young coffee growers with experienced mentors and international specialty roasters. Participating producers blend small experimental lots with mentor farms' larger production, enabling young growers to market individual-identity lots they could not sustain alone. The program is structured around Recruitment, Development, and Transformation lot tiers and has supplied roasters including Black & White Coffee Roasters and Cala Coffee Co.
