About

Family-run specialty coffee roastery in Berlin founded in 1979, when Elisabeth and Willy Andraschko opened a Viennese coffee house; the Kaffeemanufaktur roastery was established in the Tempelhof district. Operating over 1500 square metres with 50kg and 120kg Probat drum roasters, producing single-origin coffees and blends. Founders travel directly to origin farms ("from crop to cup" philosophy). Considered one of Germany's largest specialty-focused roasteries by volume.
